Many Haven Park employees receive additional training at the Educational Institute in Tinley Park, Illinois. We have strong beliefs regarding proper education. Our employees can do their job to the best of their ability because of their excellent training and instruction.

The Educational Institute provides education in the areas of management, communication, customer service, dementia, ergonomics, life skills, clinical skills, leadership and many other areas that help equip our staff with the essential tools needed in handling the complex issues facing the elderly today. Many of these seminars can help you grow within the organization, as well as learn about new trends in the world of gerontology. The Educational Institute offers classes throughout the year in Tinley Park, Illinois and they bring the Institute on the road to Haven Park several times throughout the year.
