If you would like to take a loved one outside, please let the nurse know. If you would like to leave the Haven Park grounds for part of a day, you must sign the resident out at the nurse’s station before departing. Please let the nurse know when the resident returns. Please call your loved one’s nurses station at least 24 hours before an outing and have them note this occasion on the calendar. This will help ensure that the resident and any medications are ready to go when you arrive.
