The Gilead name was chosen from the text of the familiar hymn, There Is a Balm in Gilead, which provides assurance that there is a solace, relief, and soothing in the midst of suffering. Therefore, the name Gilead relates to our ministry of love and care that soothes those in need. Yes, there is comfort at Haven Park.
The mission of the Haven Park Gilead care team is to help families understand, recognize, and positively work with the unique challenges they face with a loved one with Alzheimer’s or a related disorder. The time may come when you cannot give your loved one all the care that he or she may require due to changing needs.
Haven Park’s personalized care gives comfort and special care to you and your family. Specially trained caregivers provide your loved one with structured group and one-on-one activities and specialized programs in a secure environment. Our Gilead teams’ primary objective is to work with each resident and their family to promote a success driven, goal oriented team approach toward total care.
