| By going the extra mile, our Gilead team of caregivers provides residents with individualized care and help in activities of daily living; such as bathing, dressing, medications, morning and evening care. Additionally, if residents need higher levels of care, our skilled nursing and rehabilitation staff provides medically necessary care as needed. |

Our social services members work with residents and families to identify and achieve certain goals. Our nutritionist monitors changes in our residents’ eating patterns and works with the team and family members. Our activities professionals provide necessary, stimulating activities in both group and one-on-one settings. The combined efforts of our interdisciplinary team allow our Gilead residents the continuity of care, which will maximize their independence, maintain their dignity and promote their well-being.
