For more than 30 years, Haven Park Christian Nursing Home, a non-profit organization, has been committed to promoting independence and providing services to those entrusted to our care. Haven Park is a 153-bed basic and skilled nursing care facility with 30 beds dedicated to Medicare residents. We are certified to provide services under both Medicare and Medicaid programs. Haven Park also features a special Alzheimer’s care wing, known as our Gilead Unit, which has 29 beds. Haven Park was founded and is supported by Reformed and Christian Reformed Churches, and our ministry is also the benefactor of many other area churches, Christian organizations and generous constituents who share the desire to honor their elderly loved ones with Christian care. |
