Welcome to Haven Park Christian Nursing Home. Our home is centrally located in the heart of the Zeeland community. We provide rehabilitation services to the elderly of West Michigan that include physical, occupational and speech therapy as well as specialized programming in our Gilead Alzheimer’s unit. We also offer long-term care for those who are unable to return to their home. Haven Park accepts reimbursement from Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance.
